eTrakit is an optional Internet service provided by the Town of Windsor. This site allows property owners and contractors to obtain over-the-counter type permits online, and search property records. 

 

Online permits are currently only available to licensed general contractors that are registered with the Town of Windsor Department of Building and Safety.
